Report your high-cost credit grantor aggregate data
Every year, all licensed high-cost credit grantors in BC must self-report aggregate loan data. The data is for all of the loans granted between July 1 and June 30 of the current reporting period.
You must report your aggregate loan data annually during your licence renewal period. You will receive a reminder to submit this information when we send out the annual licence renewal notices. Online data reporting is only available during the licence renewal period.
All aggregate loan data is uploaded online through the MyAccount platform. You must report data for each location as well as aggregated for all locations if your business has multiple locations in BC. You must report data separately for all high-cost credit products arranged, provided, or facilitated online through a web domain.
If you are reviewing this data, please note that we do not audit this self-reported data. We do conduct a high-level analysis for reasonableness and to identify any inconsistencies that may require follow-up discussions and/or inspections with the licensed high-cost credit granting. We also review the accuracy of the data during routine inspections.
