Consumer Protection BC has suspended the licence of 8 FU Travel Ltd., a travel agency based in Richmond BC, for:
- Failing to maintain security, contrary to section 14 of the Travel Industry Regulation
The licence is suspended on November 20, 2023, until further notice. Read the licence suspension.
The business has 30 days to request a reconsideration of the decision. Businesses or individuals must not operate with a suspended licence.
By law, licensed travel agents and wholesalers must not do business with another travel agent or wholesaler who is unlicensed or whose licence is suspended.
