Consumer Protection BC has suspended the licences of nine home inspectors in BC for:

The individual/business with a suspended licence is:

1. Jennifer Ahlefeld of Nero Enterprises Inc.

2. Kookil (Ed) Byun of Info Home Inspections

3. Chris Chan of Chris Chan & Home Inspections

4. Kenneth Wayne Eedy of Eedy Inspections Ltd.

5. Dean Norman Gurney of Solid Building Inspections

6. Brian Edward Jassman of Aspire Home Inspections

7. Dennis Sacilotto of Simply The Best Home Inspections

8. Samuel Nolan Visona of Ground Truth Technical Inc.

9. Kelly Amanda Weber of Doing It Right Home Inspections

The individuals are prohibited from conducting home inspections until their licence suspensions are lifted.

By law, the individuals/businesses have 30 days to request a reconsideration of the decisions.
