Decision summary: four home inspectors have licence suspended for not having insurance

Consumer Protection BC has suspended the licences of four home inspectors in BC for:

The individuals/businesses with a suspended licence are:

1. Harjot Singh Sangha of Sangha Home Inspections Ltd. based in Surrey, BC

2. Shahram Beheshti-Nejad of Safepath Inspection Ltd. based in North Vancouver, BC

3. Mohammadreza Yavarkhani of Safepath Inpsection Ltd. based in North Vancouver, BC

4. Ebrahim Motamed-Njad of EBI HOME INSPECTION based in North Vancouver, BC

The home inspectors are prohibited from conducting home inspections until their licence suspensions are lifted.

By law, each individual/business has 30 days to request a reconsideration of the decisions.
