Consumer Protection BC has suspended the licence of a home inspector in BC for:
- Failing to obtain and maintain insurance, contrary to section 7.1 (b) of the Home Inspector Licensing Regulation
The individual/business with a suspended licence is:
1. Amritpal Singh Azad of Bottom 2 Top House Inspections Ltd., based in Vancouver, BC
- Licence suspended on November 20, 2023

The home inspector is prohibited from conducting home inspections until their licence suspension is lifted.
By law, the individual/business has 30 days to request a reconsideration of the decisions.
