Consumer Protection BC has suspended the licence of Elements Cremation, Pre-Planning & Burial, a funeral services and crematorium based in Langley, BC, due to concerns about the financial status of the business.
During the suspension, the business is prohibited from selling or providing new services to consumers. However, the business is permitted to continue providing services for customers with active at-need contracts.
Consumer Protection BC is working with the business to ensure they fulfill their contracts with consumers as the investigation into the matter continues.
