The BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) is responsible for the supervision and regulation of the financial services sector in the province, including regulating insurance companies operating in BC.
The Insurance Council of BC licenses and regulates life and general insurance agents (brokers), salespersons, and adjusters.
We don’t have the authority to help you with this.
