Licence renewal fees
For applications submitted more than two weeks prior to licence expiry
- Licence renewal
- for 20 or less interment per year: $0
- for 21 to 100 interments per year: $94
- for 101 or more interments per year: $182
For applications submitted within two weeks prior to licence expiry
- Licence renewal
- for 20 or less interment per year: $66
- for 21 to 100 interments per year: $161
- for 101 or more interments per year: $249
Other fees and charges
- Certificate of Public Interest application: $1,411
- Preliminary approval for conversion of a place of interment: $706
- Late submission of annual preneed sales report: $283
- Change in licensee’s name or licensed location address: $66
- Change in senior officers / shareholder of the licensee: $66
- Fee for transferring ownership/registering a charge against a place of interment: $283
- Submitting a non-sufficient funds (NSF) payment or declined credit card payment: $63
- Application for reconsideration of a decision: $283
