Our offices are located on the traditional lands of the W̱SÁNEĆ and Lək̓ʷəŋən (Lekwungen), hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ (Hun’qumyi’num), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and Secwepemctsín (Shuswap)-speaking Peoples and ancestors, and our work extends across the homelands of the Indigenous Peoples within what we now call British Columbia. We honour the many territorial keepers of the lands and waters where we work.

Operating hours
Our offices are not open to the public. We work from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and are closed on weekends and statutory holidays
Delivery hours
We accept courier and other deliveries during the following hours:
- Victoria office: Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. deliveries to #321-3600 Uptown Boulevard, Victoria, BC V8Z 0B9.
- Burnaby office: Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to #200-4946 Canada Way, Burnaby, BC V5G 4H7.
