- New licence: $1,253
Licence renewal fees
For applications submitted more than two weeks prior to licence expiry
- Licence renewal: $1,153
For applications submitted within two weeks prior to licence expiry
- Licence renewal: $1,253
Other fees and charges
- Change in licensee’s name or licensed location address: $66
- Change in senior officers / shareholder of the licensee: $66
- Home inspector ID card: $45
- Submitting a non-sufficient fund (NSF) payment or declined credit card payment: $63
- Application for reconsideration of a decision: $283
