Our offices are located on the traditional lands of the W̱SÁNEĆ and Lək̓ʷəŋən (Lekwungen), hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ (Hun’qumyi’num), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and Secwepemctsín (Shuswap)-speaking Peoples and ancestors, and our work extends across the homelands of the Indigenous Peoples within what we now call British Columbia. We honour the many territorial keepers of the lands and waters where we work.

Hours of operation

We are not open for drop-ins and we are closed on statutory holidays. 

For calls and emails:

8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
We are closed on statutory holidays.

Delivery & courier hours:

Victoria office: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00-3:00 p.m.
Burnaby office: Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
