{June 14, 2012} VICTORIA, BC – Debt collection, retail and travel questions continued to be the top 3 topics of consumer questions to Consumer Protection BC’s call centre in 2011. We received close to 3,000 enquiries about debt collection last year – that’s 21% of our total enquires. You can find out about our activities in 2011in our Annual Report and 2011 audited financial statements, which has just been released. Each spring, we prepare a report that highlights the organization’s accomplishments over the last fiscal year.
