Salary Range: $43,243.46-$49,066.71 annually, plus biweekly compensation in lieu of health and welfare benefits and vacation, per the BCGEU collective agreement
Position Description: Consumer Protection BC is seeking an organized, enthusiastic and responsible Office Manager for its Burnaby office. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your service orientation and planning skills to a key position. Under the supervision of the Director of Motion Picture Classification, you will coordinate and manage the day-to-day administrative and business operations of the Motion Picture Classification team. Ideally, you have completed a minimum of grade 12 education, plus related post-secondary courses in administration. You bring at least 4 years recent experience in a high volume, customer oriented environment. Your computer skills are sharp. You are familiar with general administrative, financial and human resources policies and procedures, as well as data and filing systems. Most of all, you have a strong desire to work co-operatively within diverse teams, work groups and across the organization to support the achievement of team and organizational goals.
